A school trip to the Humanity House
A visit to the Humanity House is a valuable addition to school modules on world citizenship, social studies and geography. For this reason, Humanity House has developed a special programme for students of all levels of secondary education.

Educational program
A visit to the Humanity House begins with an experience. The students individually experience the museum, where they see, hear and feel what it’s like to depend on emergency aid. The children will learn more about emergency relief procedures, and international humanitarian law. The information is interactively presented. After the experience the children play the Humanity Game: an interactive, real life game where the players will be helpers in an emergency situation. What should they do? Make sure there is safe drinking water? Or get medicine? They have to decide! And the group that makes the right decisions wins the game. The game can be played on different levels, making it suitable for both primary and secondary school children.
