Meeting place to discuss emergency aid and international humanitarian law 
The Humanity House is a meeting place for professionals and people who are interested in the issues related to emergency aid and international humanitarian law. We work closely with the Netherlands Red Cross, the founder of Humanity House, and other  organisations and professionals working in the humanitarian sector.

Our partners regularly organise a varied programme of seminars, workshops, debates and lectures to share this knowledge. Activities are held in Humanity House, and on location.

• Sat 19 May Politics of Genocide

  With millions dead in Congo, and ongoing occupation, the media is blanketed with the ' Rwanda genocide' narrative, and with genocide charges against the Government of Sudan, ignoring the ongoing western military involvement in both places. During the Conference Politics of Genocide The Netherlands Red Cross will provide an introduction lecture of the Laws of Armed and the role of the International Committee of the Red Cross. Another session will focus on the politics of genocide as studied researched by Keith Harmon Snow. And a session will focus on how international tribunals are dealing with crimes committed in those countries especially in the great lakes area.... Lees verder
