Book programme

World Books with Iman Humaydan

During the first episode of the programme World Books of Oxfam Novib and Humanity House, Abdelkader Benali talks with Lebanese author Iman Humaydan about her book “Other Life”. A gripping story about the Lebanese Miriam, who wants to return to her homeland. During the evening Benali talks with the author about the book, about the background and motives of Humaydan and about the situation in her homeland. We listen to fragmants from the book and we will listen to Lebanese music.
